Until my early 30’s I struggled alone with CPTSD, depression, eating disorders, addictions, anxiety, challenges of neurodiversity, and more. Today I walk alongside others sharing the life changing processes of IFS (Internal Family Systems), Focusing and HaveningWithin each of us is a deep quality of knowing and I continue to be inspired and moved as I witness people’s journeys unfolding.

My work is trauma informed and I have twenty years’ experience of working with people.  

What is IFS?

The Internal Family Systems (IFS) method is a way to understand your internal system and help it to transform and heal. IFS is based on the principle that there is an undamaged, resourceful self at the core of every person and that accessing and working with that self is a safe, effective way to heal other, hurt parts of the mind.

What is focusing?

Sometimes no amount of thinking or talking about a problem brings change.

Focusing supports us to drop beneath our usual stories and stuck places and deliberately invite our body’s knowing through felt sensing.

Our bodies hold a wealth of information that can lead us to growth and wholeness.

Focusing’s deep inner listening has helped so many on the journey from merely surviving to living and thriving!

What is havening?

‘The Havening Techniques®’ is a method that uses simple touch to generate calming delta brain waves to dissolve unhelpful and unwanted encoded patterns in our cells.

The underlying patterns of addictions, obsessions, compulsions, phobias and negative thinking can be transformed through the Havening touch.

It is easy to learn and can be self-applied.
